Describing anger

Feeling the surge of anger rising, feeling your body heating up. Until it gets to a point, the surge in energy gets too much. Uncontrollable, a sudden burst of explosion.

Heat becomes warmer. The mind stops working, anything which comes in your thoughts, leaks out. Logically thinking doesn’t exist. Overwhelming surges of energy, from within. All those surpassed emotions which was held in, all coming out at the same time. It’s frightening in its intensity. Surprising even yourself, the strength of it, being leaked out. Unknowingly having that sort of energy within.

In moments of lost of control, better to avoid a confrontation. Words even though may be true, is spoken to hurt the other. Making matters worst, when logical thoughts and control is gone.
