The sky above,
Filled with such wonder,
Beautiful in my eyes,
Pleasant to gaze,
Upon a cloudless night.

If only the stars were able to talk,
I wonder what kind of things,
The stars above will reveal,
What secrets will it share,
All the stories to tell,
All the things,
It has witnessed,
Sitting up there,
High above the world.

If only the stars were able to talk,
I wonder what their voice will be like,
Would it be annoying or pleasant,
Would it be magical,
Keeping the illusion of beauty,
Or will it be shattered.

Shining so proudly,
All the way up into heaven,
So far away, yet so close,
Sketching my arms up,
Imagining in reaching the stars,
Touching the brilliant lights,
Which makes the night sky bright.
