Unfortunate bad luck
One event after another
Consumed by life itself
Darker the world appears
Emotions, feelings
Slowly strips away
Replaced by nothingness
Heavy, crushing weight
Hope and dreams
Abundant, once upon a time
Another life long ago
Without despair, being as one
Spiral knows only one way
Falling, deeper down
Till there’s nothing left
Of the person you once were
Lost for eternity, forever more

Sounds like the “Abyss” stage of the Hero’s Journey, and the important thing at this particular period in one’s life is just hold on tight, and have faith, that you will eventually come out in one piece, stronger than you were before…
